Hearst Castle is open and can be reached from the north via Highway 101 to Paso Robles, and from the south via Cambria and Paso Robles.

The Hearst Castle Visitor Center is the only location at Hearst Castle where food and drinks can be purchased.  With several options to satisfy every craving, you’ll find plenty to dig into before and after your Hearst Castle tours here.

Chief’s Galley Cafe

Serving casual international fare and boasting organic locally raised Hearst Beef, our cafe has something for everyone.  The cafe offers self-service soups & chili, and a variety of sandwiches and salads.  Enjoy teriyaki chicken, sweet & sour tofu or pork along with other Asian inspired cuisine made fresh daily.  In the mood for freshly made grilled cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, bacon lettuce & tomato sandwiches?  We have something for everyone including chicken strips & fries for the kids.  Our famous BBQ beef sandwiches are served daily with fresh hot fries.  A variety of items and experiences await you in our cafe.

La Cuesta Coffee Shop & Snack Bar

We proudly brew STARBUCKS coffee in our coffee shop, and offer a full coffee bar menu.  Enjoy freshly brewed Pikes Place coffee or order a freshly made espresso or latte.  We offer both hot and cold coffee beverages.  Fresh sandwiches and salads are made daily, with a host of other snack items for your convenience.

Gourmet Boxed Lunch & Dinner Specials

Perfect for large or small groups, the gourmet boxed lunches and dinner specials from Chief’s Galley Cafe are simple to order and ready when you arrive. Camp Hill BBQ

Camp Hill BBQ is located in the Visitor Center courtyard, usually during the summer months, weather permitting. Dig into grilled favorites, like BBQ chicken quarters, tri-tip sandwiches and hot dogs, plus choose fresh sides, like housemade ranch beans and cole slaw.
